WIT Wednesday – Resetting Personal & Business Goals for 2021

Throughout 2020, as we all got to grips with various online platforms (#youreonmute) our WIT Wednesdays became an encouraging, supportive and useful space to help individuals and businesses navigate these strange times.

We’re delighted to kick off the new year with a guest speaker, Emily Shields, who will lead a session on Resetting Personal and Business Goals for 2021, with help from Patricia Galavis who will tell us more about the virtues of desk yoga.

Emily Shields joins us for our first virtual WIT Wednesday of 2021

Emily has worked within the sales and event teams of many of the most prestigious hotels and venues across the UK. She is also a qualified personal development and business coach as well as an NLP and mindfulness practitioner, and she recently founded Emily Alex to inspire businesses to engage with their teams in a virtual world.

Her colleague Patricia also knows our industry well. After 20 years working for the tourism industry, in 2016 she decided to take a different road and enrolled in her first yoga teacher training and hasn’t looked back since.
