On 8th March 2020 the world will again recognise International Women’s Day. This year the theme is titled ‘Each For Equal’. Some think equality is a ‘women’s issue’ but it’s fundamentally a ‘business issue’. Ensuring gender equality is essential for businesses and economies to thrive. Over the last few years a number of organisations have developed alongside Women In Tourism. Women in Technology, Women In STEM, Women In Journalism – with everyone sharing an ambition and desire to achieve greater equality in the boardroom, in media coverage, in the workplace and in our industries. #EachforEqual.
