WIT Conference: Kate Nicholls OBE announced as keynote speaker

We are absolutely delighted to announce Kate Nicholls OBE as the keynote speaker at the 2025 Women in Tourism conference!  A powerhouse in the industry, Kate has been an advocate for those working across hospitality and tourism throughout her career.

Kate Nicholls MBE

Seen by many as the voice of the industry during the pandemic, Kate’s tireless lobbying and advocacy through her role as CEO of UKHospitality has been valued by those working across the sector.  Kate was also recognised as one of the Women in Tourism Top 100 in 2022; nominated by many peers to thank her for her vocal support during the pandemic.

We’re delighted that Kate will be joining us on March 21 as she shares her personal insights and experiences over the last few years.  As we enter another challenging period through the current cost of living crisis, ongoing covid recovery and an often unhelpful policy environment, Kate will reflect on both the emerging challenges, but also the opportunities which lie ahead.
