In celebration of Scotland’s Year of Young People, this morning Women In Tourism launched a campaign to recruit a young person to join them as a Board member throughout 2018. Read more
Women In Tourism (WIT) was created in June 2015 by a small group of destination leaders who are all passionate about the Scottish tourism industry and recognise both the challenges and opportunities for women within the sector. The founding principles of WIT are to inspire, motivate, encourage and support women across the sector; while advocating for greater gender balance across leadership roles within industry.
The Step Up programme from People1st will help female managers transform their leadership abilities, giving them the skills and confidence to move up to the next level. Read more
