This virtual Leadership, Management and Supervisory training programme, funded by the Scottish Government and administered by HIT Scotland has been developed over many months, and through great collaboration and support from all sectors. It has been designed to motivate and develop top talent in order that we can recover from the significant impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had across the Tourism and Hospitality sectors in Scotland. The key challenges that we are facing as an industry can only be adequately dealt with by having in place strong leadership and management across all areas of our Industry. The programme will equip future industry leaders with the skills, knowledge and networks to make an impact when the green shoots appear.
Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation – Apply by 10 February

This is a unique leadership programme for women in technology, delivered by Empowering You and in association with ScotlandIS and Scottish Government. The aim is to build a collaborative and powerful community of emerging women leaders in digital transformation roles across all industry sectors. Delivered in blended and virtual format over 3 months from April-June 2021, Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation is designed to enable the transition of aspirational and early-mid career female managers into confident, capable and motivated leaders. A key element of this programme will be a team project designed to make a positive difference to the pace and success of digital transformation in Scotland, for both the economy and society.
