Women in Tourism: Step Up with People1st

Step up Programme

The Step Up programme from People1st will help female managers transform their leadership abilities, giving them the skills and confidence to move up to the next level.

The Step Up Programme has places available in 2017 and 2018 and is offering the Women in Tourism Community a discounted rate (equivalent to 20%) of £995 per person for the Open Programme – please quote WIT17 when booking.

Step Up training days (a total of 5) are spread out over a number of months, which gives participants the opportunity to try the techniques they have learnt, feed their experiences back to the group and discuss the programme with their line managers.

Stefanie Roberts, Business Development & Commercial Projects Lead says:The programme offers a great opportunity with a flexible learning format for female managers to enhance their skills and transform their leadership abilities. We’re delighted to be able to offer Women in Tourism a discounted rate on the open programme, which we hope will be attractive to those interested in joining – we’d encourage people to talk to us to find out more.”
